The best hair EVER! This is my 2nd order. First order was in July 2022. The hair was great received it in 7 days, it lasted till March 2023. I made 2nd order in this month and I ordered on a Monday and received in the same week on Friday I did pay for express each time but it was quick. Guess what??? This hair is even better than the first the hair quality gets better and better. So soft and silky the length is true and not much needed for "her" to be installed. I'm so pleased I can't wait for my 3rd order. This is the first time in years I went back to the same seller. I usually like to try different sellers. The unit was nice however I was not expecting to have to do work on this unit, I thought that it would already come styled. I will prefer are ready to use Unit. And to make smaller size caps.
Dear, thanks for your support. The wig you ordered is a silky straight, you can install it directly without styling, or you can style the wig as you like. There are three sizes of our wigs, if you need a smaller size, you can make a note when placing an order, or contact us after placing an order.
I’ve been looking at the company for a long time and heard very good things and especially with the new clear lace I’m excited to see if this will be the final place for me so I ordered of course! However, I wouldn’t have paid extra for it to be expedited if I new that the Spring Festival holiday would make a delay in purchase. Considering how much these wigs are I would have waited until I knew it would be within the processing time. I ordered almost a week ago and it still shows as “Order Placed” and unless that’s something new it doesn’t seem like it actually being processed. I emailed but due to the holiday there it doesn’t seem like I will be getting any help since I got a automated reply :( I’m hoping something changes soon or that I would at least hear back from someone. Hoping for the best.
