I’ve been looking at the company for a long time and heard very good things and especially with the new clear lace I’m excited to see if this will be the final place for me so I ordered of course! However, I wouldn’t have paid extra for it to be expedited if I new that the Spring Festival holiday would make a delay in purchase. Considering how much these wigs are I would have waited until I knew it would be within the processing time. I ordered almost a week ago and it still shows as “Order Placed” and unless that’s something new it doesn’t seem like it actually being processed. I emailed but due to the holiday there it doesn’t seem like I will be getting any help since I got a automated reply :( I’m hoping something changes soon or that I would at least hear back from someone. Hoping for the best.

small part of the hair will not be fixed when it is processed, so some hair will fall out after you comb your hair for the first time. Under normal circumstances, the workers will comb off the unfixed hair and deliver the goods.
But please rest assured that the number of unfixed hair is very small, and there will be no hair loss after a few combs.
I bought this wig and it is wonderful but I bought it during the "black Friday 55% off sale" that just happened and I notice now that the original price today is $615 but during the sale it was $1000, making my sale price $455. So you went in and jacked up the price so the "sale" wasn't a true 55% off because $1000 is not the original price. You shouldn't jack up the price to increase your profit and paint it as a major sale. That's not good business practice and it will make you lose trust from your customers.
