Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
If the incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause shipment delays or the package damage, XrsBeautyHair will be not responsible any fee or exchange requirement. Please double check the address before placing your order.
If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is BRAND NEW unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 30 days.
Order Change:
The order can not be changed once the wig finished processing, so please email us for changing order within 12 hours after placed your order.
Order Cancellation:
The order can be freely cancelled before wig shipped out. customized wig can not be cancelled once processing starting otherwise 20% fee will be charged.
Exchange policy:
If your wig is brand new, Contact us by email@xrsbeautyhair.com within 30 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 30 days will not be taken into consideration. We will response within 24 hours on business days.
Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference.
We will reimburse one time basic freight(not include insurance fee) for one order after we receive your package.
For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.
There is no restocking fee charged.
Return Policy:

Customized orders
Customized orders are non refundable or Exchangeable. Please ensure you are fully aware of what you are ordering before purchase to avoid any disappointment.
Duty OR Package Lost:
The customer must contact us before sending the package to us for return or exchange since we will not be responsible for lost packages and we have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.
Please contact our Customer service at email to get the return address.
(If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.)
