This gift is to be ordered with other wigs and cannot be sold or shipped individually.

We will ship one gift for one order, even if one order has multiple lashes.

Measure with all your hair included (Ex. the bun) if you ain’t to make cornrows.
Measure at least 3 times to get the correct measurements.
The measurements with background color mainly determine the capsize.
Choose the big one when any of the 4 measurements are in between.

For wig which is not available now, Expedited processing time is 3-4 working days

What is item processing time?

After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.

Customs &Taxes

Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as “Synthetic Hair” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, XrsBeautyHair is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.


Sign for Delivery

It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the lost that caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any places else.


Multiple Items

Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.


Tracking Number 

We send tracking number by email within 8-24 hours after your order is shipped out.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 14 days.

Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.

Order Change:

1.The order can be freely changed within 12 hours after you placed.

2.15% handling fee will be charged for the change within 3 days.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Order Cancellation:

1.The order can be freely cancelled within 12 hours after you placed.

2.15% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the cancellation within 3 days.

* Shipped out order cannot be cancelled.

Exchange policy:

Email email@xrsbeautyhair.com within 14 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 14 days will not be taken into consideration. We will send a reply email within 24 hours.

Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference.

We can offer one-time exchange without restocking fee for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. But the customers will be required to pay the shipping fee of sending the item back to us. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item for free.

For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

Rush Exchange:

-You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back.

-Place a new order online, we will prepare the new hair while waiting for the return. Your new hair will be shipped to you after it is finished.

-When we receive the returned product in original condition, we'll issue the refunds or store credit that has the delay.

Return Policy:

Custom orders

Custom orders are non refundable or Exchangeable. Please ensure you are fully aware of what you are ordering before purchase to avoid any disappointment.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

If the incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause shipment delays or the package damage, XrsBeautyHair will be not responsible any fee or exchange requirement. Please double check the address before placing your order.

Duty OR Package Lost:

The customer must contact us before sending the package to us for return or exchange since we will not be responsible for lost packages.

How to care wigs

Our Hair Product are made from 100% Human Hair, however they have to cared for slightly differently then your own hair. Check the summary of human hair products can do's and don't's we wrote up for you.



You can curl, tong & straighten them
You can use your GHDs on them without any problem
You can wash all wigs
You can dye all natural color wigs(EXCLUDE Wig LFW30 & BOB03) OR restyle them



Don't use the high temperature flat to restyle hair frequently. 
Don't use products containing alcohol as they can dry out the hair and you don't want that happening
Don't bleach or lighten frequently. It harms the hair and your health. 
Don't wear your extensions for swimming and try not to get them wet in the rain


Daily Care Notes

  1. Wash and condition your hair 1-2 times a week is necessary 
  2. Don't brush and twist the curly hair. 
  3. Moistursing Hair Spray, Curly Cream are the necessities for the Human Hair Product. 
  4. Use a silk cap when you go to bed.
